2. Return Conditions

- Unopened & Unused Products: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Original Receipts/Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Return Request: You must initiate the return within the return window (typically 7 days) from the date of delivery.
3. How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item Securely: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and receipts.
- Ship the Item Back: Ship the product back to us following the instructions provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If you paid via credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
- If you paid via other methods (e.g., PayPal), the refund will be processed through the same platform.

- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the standard returns process upon receiving the product.
8. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
If you made a purchase using a promotional offer or discount code, the refund will be processed based on the price you paid, including the discount. If you return part of the order and the discount is no longer applicable, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
